NetBanc24 Enrollment

Use NetBanc24 anywhere you may have Internet access, at home, at work or on a business or vacation trip. With NetBanc24 you can do everything that you can do on PhoneBanc24 in addition to viewing images of your checks and pay bills online.

Step One

To use NetBanc24 you are required to tell us what password you want to use as part of your initial login.

This process allows you the ability to completely control access to the system. This initial password will be a 4 digit, numeric password. Following receipt of this password, specially trained F&M Bank staff will activate your account. As a security feature, until you complete this process, your account cannot be accessed electronically by you or anyone else.

To continue with Step 1: Request a Password, click here to complete the Password Request Form. Upon entering the appropriate information in this simple form you will be required to sign the form and forward it to F&M Bank's Customer Information File (CIF) Department by mail or by fax transmission.

Step Two

Upon receiving your Password Request form, F&M Bank will complete your account access activation. Based upon your choice to either mail or fax your completed Password Request Form, account access activation may take from 1 to 5 business days.

After your initial password is active you will be ready to complete the NetBanc24 enrollment process.

The NetBanc24 enrollment process consists of completing the Online Banking Agreement and the NetBanc24 Registration Form. Upon completion and submission of the NetBanc24 Registration Form you will have instant access to your account information online.

As part of your initial login to NetBanc24 you will be required to create an Access ID. This Access ID will be used to login to NetBanc24 in future sessions. There are restrictions for creating your Access ID:

  • Minimum 6 characters
  • At least 2 of the 6 characters must be numbers e.g. Access ID = jsmith53, with password bluegrass42

As part of your initial login to NetBanc24 you will be required to change your password/PIN from the 4 digit password you requested in Step 1: Request a Password to a new password/PIN of your choice. There are restrictions for creating your new password/PIN, coincidentally they are the same as those used for your Access ID creation:

  • Minimum 6 characters
  • At least 2 of the 6 characters must be numbers e.g. Access ID = jsmith53, with password bluegrass42

Step Three

By completing steps 1-3 you have satisfied all the requirements for accessing NetBanc24!
